Dear Dad,
We were really lucky. Some Dads promise their kids the world. You actually delivered. You taught us that you never have to be just a tourist while traveling, but to really get out there and experience your environment through the people, the food, the culture. You taught us to soak it all up. Every amazing, life changing trip I ever took as a child was with you at my side, leading the way. Dad, thank you from the bottom of my heart for such an amazing gift. I only hope that I can keep that same promise for Isla. I'll never be able to thank you enough. And for all of this and so much more, I love you!
Dear Hotch, just six months after Isla made me a Mom, Charlie Layne made you a Daddy. Watching you with your little girl makes me one proud sister, you're doing a great job. Can't wait to see what the future hold for us, thank you for putting up with "the milkman's daughter" all these years. Love you!
Dear Papi,
I can only imagine all of the shenanigans Isla is going to be privy to with you in her life, and just the thought makes me so happy! Our little girl is surrounded by such strong male role models and I have a feeling that with her Papi as one of them, she's going to laugh often and establish a quick wit to match yours! I wish we all lived closer, but I promise to get this grand baby of yours up to visit as often as we can. We love you and are so grateful you are in our lives!
